Work in Progress
I was only going to spend a few minutes updating my template and I ended up deleting all of my links. And Michael is in Chicago with my laptop which has all of my links as favorites so I'm going to have to do some amazing surfing to find everyone's blogs over the weekend.
Kristin's birthday (my sister) was Monday so she came over for spaghetti & chocolate cake. For her birthday we got her a preppy golf outfit and the book, "Cesar's Way" (by the Dog Whisperer Cesar Milan).
As for work, I have been hosting our regional business managers from North America, Asia-Pacific and Europe this week and we've had a million meetings. On Wednesday night I hosted a product launch party at our new house. It was nice to be able to show my work friends our new place, and take advantage of our backyard. I'm hoping the weather warms up a bit so I can spend some time out there this weekend.
Tomorrow my sister and I have our golf lessons. The plan is to then go shopping at a couple of furniture stores, and go to the big shopping mall for some summer clothes shopping. I need to get some new work clothes... I always find that when I'm actually looking for clothes I can never find them and vice versa. So I'm trying to keep my expectations low.
