Home Makeover Update

Right: Current pics of family room and kitchen with fresh paint

All of our furniture is on order, and should be with us approx Feb or March. I'll post our fabric swatches over the next few posts. I'm really looking forward to our large chocolate brown sectional and built-in for the TV which we are getting for the family room.

Great choice of the new color! It will look amazing with a chocolate sofa! Can't wait to see the place again once it is actually filled with furntiture. Glad everything is going smoothly with the adoption process. I bet it is exciting to actually see things starting to really happen. I do plan on baking cookies at some point...first I need to do Christmas cards and wrapping presents! :)

The pics are kind of dark. Is it kind of an eggshell blue color? It's much more complimentary with the kitchen cabinets.
