New Pair of Shoes or Apostilles?
1. On Monday I met with the payroll department at work to get my employee verification letters. My company notarized both originals for no cost. Cost savings of $20.

2. I called the Clark County Recorder's Office today about our marriage certificates. They are processing the request today and sending them out tomorrow. I should have them by early next week. Looks like I can get them apostilled in Nevada and back by early April. Cost for six apostilles is $120.

So, it's only a net of $100 for dossier paperwork...

(That's enough for a down payment on a nice pair of shoes!)

I'm always surprised at the cost of apostilles in your state. It's ridiculous!

Our apostilles were $20 per copy also! Ugh!! It sure makes for a lot of money. It is so nice though when you walk out with more documents done and completed.
