Dossier Dreams Have Begun
This morning I felt very disoriented. I had just woken up from an intense dream. In the dream, I had traveled to England to get my medical done (because in my dream, it was easier to go there than to my doctor's office 5 miles from my home). Of course, it had to be notarized, but I didn't bring my traveling notary! And I didn't know who to call since I was in England. "No worries".. said the doctor.. "there are THREE notaries in the building next door!".

So I went next door and found a woman who was happy to notarize the documents for me. There was one catch. She was the director of some sort of music theatre group. In order for her to notarize something, the entire cast of her show had to perform for me. She also said that the entire cast had to sign my forms as well.

So I dutifully came back the next day for the performance (complete with flying baby grand pianos). It was a pretty good show. As I was passing around the forms for everyone to sign... clowns, people dressed in animal costumes, Vegas show girls... I woke up.

Does this mean the paperwork is finally getting to me?

I would say "yes," the paperwork is definitely starting to take its toll!

I had a dream, the other night, that I put my little one on the shelf in the grocery store and walked out without him. I couldn't find my way back to him b/c there were a million grocery stores around and I didn't know which one to go to. Ugh, I hate these weird dreams!

Here's to hoping you get that paperwork DONE and you can quit dreaming about it!! :)

Sounds much better than the actual medicals we have to do. The adoption process will make the most sane of people crazy!

Yep. It's getting to you. At least you got a virtual trip to Europe out of it!

I could sense the excitement more than the dream itself (^_^). It's a beginning of a journey for you and I could tell the happiness you have from within. Adopting is becoming a known practice these days and for me it's for a noble cause :-)
