Our good friends E and Tim are adopting twin girls from Ekaterinburg. They are waiting between Trips 1 and 2. It's been THREE months already. In the meantime, E is keeping busy raising money for their orphanage gift... a laptop computer!

Here's an excerpt of their story:
When Tim and I visited the girls' orphanage in January, we asked the orphanage director what else they need to help the kids that we could donate. She said they are pretty well set with toys, clothes, and athletic equipment. Apparently, when the social workers go out into the field to check up on the kids, they have to take a clunky, old desktop computer with a monitor to record all of the information. She said that a laptop would be of tremendous help in keeping track of the children.
