I am so pleased that there was REAL re-accrediation news today. I checked Steve and Debbie's blogs as soon as I got to the office. Then we received an email from our agency about 10:30AM that they participated in the July 4th ceremony. Our agency mentioned that all of the regions that they typically work with will be opening up again, and they may be working in a few additional regions as well. They expect to see "a dramatic increase in referrals" and suggested that we all get our paperwork updated (we are good... see the post from last week).

It's amazing how the re-accrediation process was weighing me down; I didn't realize the real impact it was having on my energy and moods. Today was re-invigorating. I worked 11 hours and hardly noticed. I openly talked about the adoption with a smile and excitement. I'm awake past 8:40PM and still have energy to do something else tonight.

I am hoping for good news for everyone else who is waiting for their re-accrediation news. After today, I'm back in excitement mode and ready to get this thing going!
