Obviously I owe y'all an update on the adoption... No news!

What we do know, after talking to our agency director at the end of July...

1. We could hear news of our referrals any day of the week.
2. Our agency director works 7 or 8AM until 3:30PM. He takes a 30-45 min walk between 11:30AM - 1PM during his lunch break. When 3:30PM comes around I know that I don't have to wait by the phone.
3. Two other times he has called us with referral options happened around 11:30AM.
4. Our dossier has been in Moscow since the middle of April.

In other news, we left Thani alone in the house on three separate occasions in the last week. And he didn't destroy anything like magazines, a dog bed, three blankets, stack of business cards, calculator, or digital camera. Those were all things that he chewed up before we had him spend his "home alone" time in the den with just french doors, window, fireplace, bookcase and leather sofa. On top of that, Yoshi was also loose in the house with him! And he didn't eat her which was my big worry even though he's never been aggressive to her or anything.
