The adrenaline has faded. We are exhausted. Thani and Yoshi have been sleeping almost non-stop for two days. I had to go downtown for a work conference yesterday, and today our office re-opened. It's nice to have things back to normal. Hmmm, now where were we with the adoption?

glad to hear you are safe as well. we're still suffering the smoke from the slide fire but fortunately the evac has been lifted for North Highland. Can't wait till the dog park reopens, O'Reilly is going nuts without walks and playtime.

Wow! Those are some creepy pictures... I left a message for Michelle at AO earlier this week... I hope they are all doing okay too, as I haven't heard from her. I'm glad to see that you're home, and I hope that the fires are subsiding and the danger is past.
