What a fabulous day! Not only did we receive our Sweet Hope chocolates but we got our 2008 Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue Calendar. Do you recognize that cute dog on the cover? Yes, (very proud mom here) that's our Thani! I submitted his picture to be used on his "Gotcha Day" - October 6th - and was super surprised to see that out of 364 other submissions... he made the cover!

Waiting waiting waiting for court date news....

NO KIDDING! REALLY?!!! THAT's totally my favorite picture because it looks so much like my Ollie that passed in June. The rescue coordinator here in Southern Cali (Janay) gave me the calendar for Christmas and I just love it. She's also the one who found me my O'Reilly who I love, he's 9 months now, and I've been fostering a ridgeback/shep mix named Betsy who we just found a forever home for. She will move after the first of the year.
