Email from M (12/30) + 2 photos! **edited**

Hello Mama and Papa! You soon will come and am looking forward to your coming!!!! I hope everything with my orphanage will be fine. All my friends said that they would miss me but of course they realise that I will be happy with my own parents! I am sure our life will be perfect! Lera told me everything about USA and I felt in love with USA! It is really amazing country! And I want to live there! And saw all photos of our house! It is really great! I want to live there... We have our English every Friday. Lera said that I made progress. I am really happy with this. I am waiting for you every minute......I don't know what to say more...May be you will ask me somthing in the next letter. Hugs and kisses M.

**I think M is getting alot of help from Lera in "writing" these letters. They are very cute but I do think that Lera is coaching her on what to say and of course Lera is doing the actual writing for her since she doesn't speak english.

That's so great that you have that connection. I wonder how much Lera helped her with that email. Our Katya wanted to write a letter to her friend back at the orphanage and it basically translated as "everything is good here". She couldn't think of a single thing to write to elaborate.

Wow. She must be very intelligent. This is a really advanced letter for a little girl. It's so great that you get to hear from her. And more pictures! That's wonderful.

Sounds like she's quite a talker--a good thing. You'll know what she's thinking. You'll just have to translate! Aunt Tam
