"Ahh ... the morning sun.
We haven't done this in a while. It's so quiet when that little girl isn't here."

"She's back. And always wanting to brush me or kiss me or tell me what to do or ride me or hug me or give me a back massage or walk me or feed me or ..."
Thani has been giving us that look of "what have you done?" over the past week. Don't worry Thani - she'll be going to school soon and you'll have your quiet days back again.

I just read your comment about the Easter dress issue. I am a Grandma and work on Saturdays at an upscale kids' consignment shop. You would not believe the gorgeous, high-end clothes (many with the tags still on them) that come in. I buy lots and lots for my two granddaughters there. I'm talking about clothes from Nordtrom's, Lord & Taylor, Talbots, GAP, Hanna Andersson, European clothes and shoes. Check our your area for a similar store. My attic is a virtual "store" for clothes for the girls to grow into.

Oh the abuse that animals take! Wrigley LOVES his quiet time...but I also think he loves the attention and the chases! Does Yoshi let her near him yet? Our cat Oliver still doesn't...no hissing but will run away and take cover! :)
