Today's crash coursework in preparation for the first day of school
1. Learning to eat packaged foods
Granola bars - what they are and how to open the package
Applesauce - find the foil tab
Juice pouches - pushing down the straw without pushing up the bottom
String cheese for beginners
2. Learning your teacher's name
(aka Please don't call your teacher mama)
3. Asking to use the bathroom politely
(and with sufficient notice)
4. Refresher coursework
ABCs and 123s

Can you tell someone is getting nervous over here and it doesn't appear to be Rita? :)

Smart things to be teaching her, though, Mom! When I had to send Peanut to camp I didn't think to teach him how to eat his lunch... and he did have some trouble with everything but the fruit and veggies.
