I'm happy to say that my blog is back and I'm going to stay public. Hopefully this isn't one of those fake promises that drives Elle nuts.

Tonight is TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW that I haven't had to fire up the work computer. Part of my absence has been due to my crazy work commitments ... putting in an hour or so (or three) after 9PM when Rita goes to bed. All of my pics are stored on my personal computer so that's been an excuse too. All other nights I'm usually asleep in my daughter's bed (with Thani too) - completely wiped out from exhaustion.

I've decided to blog about the stories of our family to keep our friends and family updated. And to have a journal for myself and Rita. I've also noticed that since I stopped blogging I have stopped taking photos. That's sad. I need a better work-life balance and I plan to use this blog to help me do so.

So I'll be seeing you in Blogland.
