Sigh
Today's incident involved Rita throwing a pine cone at a boy at surf camp. Because he told her not to look at a boy who was changing (or something like that). And then they started arguing about whose surfboard is longer. Apparently Rita thinks hers (which really isn't hers ... it belongs to the camp) is longer. So he called her a baby. And then she threw a pine cone at him. Not sure where you find a pine cone on the beach but apparently that's what happened. Oh, and BTW the pine cone didn't hit him.

Oh no! The things kids argue over. :) Hopefully, there will be no more feuds at surf camp. Surf camp sounds like lots of fun though! Rita is one lucky girl. Also, I like your idea about native plants. We have a section of our yard that has native plants because we didn't want to have to water so much grass. :) Have a super weekend.

It's just stuff. ;>

Surf camp sound like a fun way to spend some summer days. And, I'm betting Rita's a good gymnast. When is gymnastics camp?

Is it bad that I'm giggling right now. Surf camp, btw, sounds too cool for school!

Surf camp - now that sounds awesome. You know from my blog that Ruslan has self control issues sometimes but he has come so far. I look at Rita and can see/read about how far she has come - you and Michael have done such an outstanding job with her. I still remember her at the Moscow Airport when we met you all. I am so impressed with her and with you!

Sounds like a regular day in the
7th grade--sorry, boys can go that long but not so much 7th grade girls--if looks could kill, I would have been dead long time ago! Boys are annoying!

Hi! Came across your blog from . . . I don't remember:-) Sounds like we're going through a lot of similar behaviors in our daughters so I know what you're going through - the tantrums, the social difficulties, the QUESTIONS, etc :-)
